Whether set up by companies, non-profit organisations or families, charitable foundations and similar structures play a key role in our society by helping create a better world. But it is also an increasingly complex world, in which foundations are submerged with requests (by post, email, fax and phone), and this does not make their day-to-day work any easier.
In this context, at the request of and in conjunction with various foundations and non-profit organisations, we have adapted our solution MySponsor Tool to their specific needs to create MyFoundation Tool.
Like MySponsor Tool, MyFoundation Tool makes it possible to:
- Provide a clear and standardised framework for communication and exchanges with those requesting financial support, thanks to an application which can be grafted directly onto the foundation's website
- Avoid any deterioration in the foundation's image by ensuring a personalised response to each request
- Identify rapidly and automatically whether the submitted project matches the foundation's strategy
- Ensure that requests are responded to professionally and effectively by centralising all activities in a single tool
- Avoid any loss of data over time by gathering all information in a single location
- Generate detailed reports: what projects have been supported, where, when, etc.
- Save time on tasks of a more administrative nature in order to focus on those with high added value: the activation and assessment of projects
- Reduce the impact on the planet by digitising the process.
MyFoundation Tool differs from MySponsor Tool through its approach, which is adapted to the activities of foundations, including:
- a call for projects system
- more open forms
- follow-up by post rather than electronically
- a detailed reporting application (budget monitoring)
